Salary: Starting at $16 an hour
Job Type: Part Time
Location: Sun Prairie, WI 53590
Shift Details: Sunday, 10am-3pm or 12pm-5pm

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Willing to travel 30 minutes
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
Daily activities performed (may include but are not limited to):
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, incontinence support)
- Meal preparation
- Safety supervision/support
- Housekeeping (dishes, vacuuming, laundry, changing linens, etc.)
- Ambulation/transfers
- Feeding
